François-Denis Poitrinal
 
Born in 1958, in 2004 François-Denis Poitrinal founded Windhurst, an industrial holding company, with personal and family capital. Since 2008, he is CEO of Clestra and since 2011, Chairman of Parisot Group's Supervisory Board. François-Denis Poitrinal is a graduate of the IEP in Paris, of ESSEC and also has an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School, New York. Until 2003, François-Denis Poitrinal was a lawyer at the Paris Court and at the New York bar. Between 2000 and 2003, he was a managing partner of Deloitte & Touche - Legal and Tax (subsequently Taj).
  
  
Thierry Résibois
 
Born in 1960, Thierry Résibois has had a career in industry as a manager, before becoming CEO of L'Abeille SA, a bottling company in Cholet, France. He has held and still holds several positions with professional unions (Deputy Chairman of FNB production, Director at UIMM Alsace and at MEDEF Alsace). From 2000 to 2005, he was an associate in Spain at Remax International. In 2005, he joins Windhurst and becomes Managing Director of Forget Formation (Mayenne, France) until 2008. Since then, he has been Managing Director of Clestra, Board Chairman of Parisot Group and CEO of Tifany Industries. Thierry Résibois was appointed Advisor for France's Foreign Trade
in 2011. He has a degree in Business Administration.
  
  
Emmanuelle Bour-Poitrinal
 
Born in 1956, Emmanuelle Bour-Poitrinal was Executive Director of France's national stud farm (2002-2007) then Executive Director of the governing body of national horse racing, «France Galop» (2007-2008); she is currently a member of the Advisory Board for Food, Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Emmanuelle Bour-Poitrinal is a graduate of the Paris-Grignon National Institute of Agronomy. She also qualified as an engineer at the National School of Forestry and Water Resources.
  
  
Gérald de Bourmont
 
Born in 1944, Gérald de Bourmont started his career as an Artillery Officer. Soon after he joins IBM, managing one of the subsidiaries, before heading up SSII CIRCEA and becoming CEO of COGICED. Managing-associate at Garon-Bonvalot from 1996 to 2000, CEO of the French Coaching Society from 2001 to 2003, since 2002 Gérald de Bourmont is CEO of Valori SAS and arbitrator for the CMAP. Gérald de Bourmont graduated from the Saint-Cyr Special Military School.
  
  
Pierre-Antoine Gailly
 
Born in 1955, Pierre-Antoine Gailly was successively Deputy Managing Director of games company Nathan SA, CEO of Poron Diffusion, CEO of Le Bon Marché, CEO of Desfossés Group, Deputy CEO of Fininfo SA and finally Board Chairman at Bal du Moulin Rouge SA (1999-2005). He is currently Chairman of the Lido Supervisory Board. Pierre-Antoine Gailly was elected Chairman of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIP) in January 2011. He is an HEC graduate.
  
  
André Saint-Mleux
 
Born in 1956, André Saint-Mleux was insurance broker at Marsh & McLennan in Canada from 1981 to 1989, then in charge of mergers and acquisitions for French Bank Standard Chartered in Paris, then Deputy Managing Director at the Vernes Bank. André Saint-Mleux is Deputy Managing Director of Prosodie (since 1998), associate Managing Director of Camelia Participations, a Director at Monaco Telecom and a member of the Supervisory Board of Diot SA. André Saint-Mleux has got a degree in mathematics and electronics and graduated as an engineer from the École Centrale des Arts et Manufactures (ECP).
  
  
Alain Juillet
 
Born in 1942, Alain Juillet spent his entire career in the food industry, starting in the Pernod-Ricard Group. He was successively Managing Director of Suchard, then of Union Laitière Normande (ULN), of Générale Ultra Frais (subsequently Novandie / Groupe Andros) and of Groupe France Champignon before ending up as CEO of Marks and Spencer. In 2002, he was made Executive Director of France's General Directorate for External Security («DGSE») and then Senior economic intelligence officer at the General Secretariat for National Defense («SGDN») between 2004 and 2009. Alain Juillet graduated from CPA and from Stanford Business School. He is a former auditor of the IHEDN and INHESJ.

Chairman, Managing Consultants Antexia, Viventures Partners (1999-2004). Chairman, CDC Enterprises Equity Capital (2004-2006). Chairman, DES Capital Investment and Electropar (since 2006). Member of Strategic Committees for many French  and international investment funds.
