Project Supervisor
The Project Supervisor delivers projects that have been agreed by the Sales Engineer to the satisfaction of the client (quality and time scale) and the business (technical, financial and administrative management). S/He supervises execution of works with the support of Site Managers.
Projects managed by the Project Supervisor have a value of between 60,000 and 1.2 million dollars.
The Project Supervisor who manages large jobs, especially overseas ones, is called a Project Manager. The Project Supervisor is a woman or a man with technician level as a minimum. S/He has experience of building interior works, and along with her/his technical skills, has genuine knowledge about contracting.
Because of impeccable organisation of his own work, he will be able to manage several projects on hand at once..
Technical Draftsman.
The Technical Draftsman supports the Project Supervisor or Project Manager.
>S/He draws up installation plans, produces the list of parts and issues orders to the factory and to subcontractors. S/He may sometimes have to act as a substitute for the Project Supervisor in site meetings.
The Technical Draftsman is a woman or man at a technician's level, with mastery of AutoCad and Excel.
The most successful ones progress into the position of Project Supervisor.
