Installation
Site Manager
The Site Manager coordinates use of equipment and personnel provided to carry out projects.
S/He supervises CLESTRA fitters and checks the quality of subcontractors' work.
S/He is a rigorous manager with responsibility for meeting timelines and assembly budgets that have been allocated to her/him.
The Site Manager is a woman or a man who has in-depth knowledge of building interior work, and uses natural leadership qualities to manage teams with as many as 30 people.
Fitter
The Fitter carries out CLESTRA projects.
S/He reports to the Site Manager. The Fitter is experienced in building interior work and enjoys working professionally in a quality environment.
The best Fitters become Quality Supervisors. To this effect, they are CLESTRA's guarantors of quality on subcontracted projects.
Fitters can progress to work internationally (English required).
