Mat 1: materials specification (Major Building Elements)

Aim : To recognize and encourage the use of construction materials with low environmental impact over the full life cycle of the building.

In this criterion, only internal walls are concerned in case of fit out assessments.

As part of its policy of continuous improvement, Clestra invest to maintain its eco design approach. All Clestra partitions are designed to be movable or demountable with a 50 years life cycle, unable to respond in favor to management resources related to production phase and also to the integration of recycling products into production process.

Clestra’s panels can provide an A or A+ classification according to the Green Guide Ratings.
In addition, materials are 100% recyclable.

Due to their reduced environmental impact, panels do not only permit to obtain this credit but also an innovation credit.
