ISO 9001

Clestra has obtained ISO 9001 certification for the GUMI factory (Korea) and is in the process of certification for the European factories.

The Strasbourg factory (head office) has committed to a triple certification process for 2009:

Quality, Environment and Safety according to standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

In addition to adherence to regulatory requirements, the main objectives are as follows:

• Client satisfaction;
• Monitoring of progress plans and indicators for each process;
• Continuous improvement of our delivery through the CAP HORN SYCLE© management system;
