Installation
Site Manager
The Site Manager organizes logistics on site, liaises with Project manager, supervisor and Clestra installers/subcontractors.
She/He supervises CLESTRA fitters and checks the quality of overall installation.
The Site Manager is required to have an in-depth knowledge of second fix building work, and uses natural leadership qualities to manage teams with as many as 30 people.
Fitter
The Fitter carries out CLESTRA projects.
She/He reports to the Site Manager. The Fitter is experienced in second fit building work and enjoys working professionally in a quality environment.
The best Fitters become Quality Supervisors. To this effect, they are CLESTRA's guarantors of quality on sub-contracted projects.
Fitters can progress to work internationally (English required).
