| François-Denis POITRINAL Born in 1958, François-Denis Poitrinal formed Windhurst in 2004, an industrial holding company, with private and family funds. He has been Chairman of Clestra since 2008, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Parisot group since 2011. François-Denis Poitrinal is a graduate of the IEP Institute of Political Studies, Paris, the ESSEC International Business School, and also holds an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School, New York. Before and until 2003, François-Denis Poitrinal has been a lawyer at the Court of Paris and the Bar of New York. From 2000 until 2003, he was Managing Partner at Deloitte & Touche – Legal and Tax (now Taj). |  |
| Thierry RESIBOIS Born in 1960, Thierry Résibois made his career in industry as an executive, and later Chairman of the company L'Abeille SA (bottling manufacture, Cholet). He acted and acts in several positions of office within the framework of trade associations (Deputy Chairman of FNB production, administrator of the UIMM Alsace and MEDEF Alsace). From 2000 until 2005, he was managing partner at Remax International in Spain. In 2005, he joined Windhurst and became Managing Director of Forget Formation (Mayenne) until 2008. Since then, he has been Managing Director of Clestra and Chairman of Tifany Industries. Thierry Résibois has been appointed Council of Foreign Trade of France in 2011. He holds a Master in Economic and Social Administration. |  |
