Hauserman traces its origins to 1913 in Cleveland, Ohio when
its founder, Earl F. Hauserman, invented the relocatable wall. Since then,
the company has grown and evolved considerably. Clestra Hauserman is the
leading and largest manufacturer of relocatable steel wall systems in the
world and has revenue of approximately $200 million (USD) while employing
1,000 highly skilled individuals throughout the world. Our history includes a 30-year cooperation with Steelcase. In 1999, Clestra licensed the North American rights to the Clestra Hauserman name to Steelcase and sold them the rights to some of the products being sold in North America at that time. Over the following years, Clestra Hauserman in Strasbourg continued to grow globally and develop new and exciting product lines. In September of 2002, Clestra Hauserman reclaimed the rights to its name in the North American market in response to the demand of the market and to better serve our worldwide client base. Today we offer a direct line to our world-class products and the service by which we have come to be known. With almost 90 years of industry experience, we are once again prepared to help our North American clients cost effectively manage changing needs within their facilities. CLESTRA HAUSERMAN, Inc |
