The Sales Director will be a woman or a man with the ability to get on with people and with the appropriate educational and cultural background. He or she shall combine relevant technical (experience of building interior) financial and contracting competence. |

| QUANTITY SURVEYOR | ||
|
The Quantity Surveyor assists the Sales Director in writing offers which will be calculated by reference to the Company's own internal systems and evaluations of sub-contractors' prices or the Company's own technical services. The Quantity Surveyor will be a woman or a man, good technician with the appropriate skills in Autocad and Excel. |

| PROJECT MANAGER | ||

The Project managers carries out the implementation of the contracts concluded by the Sales Director, to client satisfaction (in terms of quality and delivery period) and the business from the technical, financial and administrative standpoint. He will manage the site with the assistance of Site Managers. The projects managed by the Project Manager have a value from between 50,000 to 1 million euros. The Project Manager will be a woman or a man with experience at a technical level as a minimum. He will have had experience in building interior works and will need to be able to combine technical competence with a sound knowledge of contracting. Because of impeccable organisation of his own work, he will be able to manage several projects on hand at once. His own human qualities will enable him to have excellent professional relationships with clients. |

| TECHNICAL DRAUGHTMAN | ||
|
The Technical Draughtman will assist the Project Manager. He will draw up implementation plans, establish the nomenclature of products and communicate orders to the factory and to sub-contractors. He may be required from time to time to deputise for the Project Manager at workplace meetings. The Technical Draughtman will be a woman or a man with technical skills, proficient in Autocad and Excel. The more able candidates will aspire to the post of Project Manager. |

| WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR | ||
| The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for the motivation
and organisation of a workshop floor (conversion of fine sheet metal, painting,
assembling). He will be responsible for quality assurance, costs and for
complying with delivery times.
He will supervise teams of 80 to 100 people. Through the intermediary of foremen and team leaders, he will ensure that there is effective communication and will lead monitoring groups. Under the heading of the industrial project, he will initiate and direct developments on the technical, organisational and staffing front. The Workshop Supervisor will be a woman or a man with advanced technical qualifications (engineer level or equivalent), a true operations manager keen to take on a post with responsibilities. |

| THE FOREMAN | ||
|
The Foreman will take charge of a manufacturing section organised in a 2X7 bringing together about thirty operatives and team leaders. He shall ensure the safety of the staff who he supervises and that instructions are followed as regards quality and delivery periods. He shall adopt a pro-active approach in terms of ensuring that there is compliance with production planning and with the organisation's financial and technical objectives. In order to achieve this, he must be able to manage, supervise and motivate his staff effectively. The Foreman will be a woman or a man with technical training, a natural leader and with total commitment. |

| THE VARIOUS SHEET METAL CONVERSION JOBS | ||

Besides the traditional crafts present in every factory or workshop,
three are specific to the conversion of fine sheet metal. All require
the ability to be able to read plans. The profiler undertakes the adjustments, compliance with dimensions and
the assembling of uprights (panels junctions), the tracks (bottom and
top) and reinforcements (inside parts for stiffening). Once the product
is put together, it will then be sent for painting or for pressing for
notches and/or punching. |

| SITE SUPERVISOR | ||
|
The Site supervisor co-ordinates the physical and human resources which are available to him for undertaking jobs. He supervises the CLESTRA fitters and will check the quality of sub-contractors' work. Rigorous controls are required, with deadlines to be met and installation budgets to be managed. The Site supervisor will be a woman or a man with a solid background in building interior trades, whose natural qualities make him a leader capable of supervising teams of up to thirty people. |

| THE FITTER | ||
|
The Fitter will undertake CLESTRA HAUSERMAN jobs on partitions and ceilings. He will report to the Site Supervisor. The Fitter will be a man having experience in building interior trades who likes undertaking professional work in a quality environment. There could be openings for the best fitters to become quality supervisors. In this role they are the guarantors of CLESTRA quality amongst sub-contractors. Fitters could operate in an international environment in which case, a knowledge of English is necessary. |

| CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER | ||

The Customer Services Manager will have a combination of sales and technical skills. He will sell and will undertake customer services tasks (modification of the interior layout of partitions). He will combine technical knowledge with excellent interpersonal skills and excellent case management organisation. The Customer Services Manager will be a woman or a man who appreciates the importance of good service and of professionalism, who can respond promptly to clients' needs. |
